تصف سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمع منصة وضوح لبياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدام خدماتنا. نحن نلتزم بالحفاظ على خصوصيتك وأمان بياناتك وفقاً لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (نظام حماية البيانات).

This Privacy Policy describes how Wdhoh collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our services. We are committed to maintaining your privacy and data security in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

١ البيانات التي نجمعها Data We Collect

نجمع البيانات التالية عند تسجيلك واستخدامك للمنصة:

We collect the following data when you register and use the platform:

• بيانات التعريف: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال
• Identity data: Name, email address, phone number
• بيانات المركز: اسم المركز العلاجي، معلومات التسجيل التجاري
• Center data: Therapy center name, commercial registration details
• بيانات المرضى: المعلومات الطبية وملفات المرضى التي تُدخلها أنت في النظام
• Patient data: Medical information and patient files you enter into the system
• بيانات الاستخدام: سجلات تسجيل الدخول، وقت الاستخدام، والميزات المستخدمة
• Usage data: Login records, usage time, and features accessed
• بيانات الفوترة: معلومات الدفع والفواتير المتعلقة بالاشتراك
• Billing data: Payment information and subscription invoices

٢ كيف نستخدم بياناتك How We Use Your Data

نستخدم بياناتك فقط للأغراض التالية:

• إدارة حسابك وتفعيل الاشتراك

• إصدار الفواتير الإلكترونية المتوافقة مع متطلبات هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA)
• Issuing e-invoices compliant with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements
• تحسين المنصة وتطوير ميزاتها استناداً لأنماط الاستخدام المجهّلة
• Improving the platform and developing features based on anonymized usage patterns

٤ مشاركة البيانات Data Sharing

لا نبيع بياناتك لأطراف ثالثة. قد نشارك بياناتك في الحالات التالية فقط:

We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share your data only in these cases:

• ZATCA: مشاركة بيانات الفواتير الإلكترونية مع هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك وفق المتطلبات النظامية
• ZATCA: Sharing e-invoice data with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority per regulatory requirements
• البنية التحتية السحابية: مزودو الاستضافة السحابية داخل المملكة لتشغيل الخدمة تقنياً
• Cloud infrastructure: Cloud hosting providers inside the Kingdom for technical service operation
• الجهات القضائية: عند الطلب القانوني الرسمي من جهات الرقابة والقضاء في المملكة
• Judicial authorities: Upon official legal request from Saudi regulatory or judicial authorities

٥ بيانات المرضى والسرية الطبية Patient Data & Medical Confidentiality

بيانات المرضى التي تُدخلها في منصة وضوح تبقى ملكاً حصرياً لمركزك ولا يمكن لأي مركز آخر الوصول إليها. نحن نعامل بيانات المرضى بأعلى مستوى من السرية وفق متطلبات السجلات الطبية في المملكة العربية السعودية. كل مركز معزول تماماً عن البيانات الأخرى.

Patient data you enter into Wdhoh remains the exclusive property of your center and cannot be accessed by any other center. We treat patient data with the highest level of confidentiality in accordance with Saudi medical records requirements. Each center is completely isolated from other centers' data.

٦ مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات Data Retention

نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال مدة اشتراكك النشط. عند إنهاء الاشتراك، يمكنك طلب تصدير بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الإنهاء. بعد ذلك تُحذف البيانات نهائياً من أنظمتنا وفق سياسة الحذف الآمن، باستثناء ما يُلزم النظام بالاحتفاظ به (كبيانات الفواتير الضريبية).

We retain your data throughout your active subscription. Upon subscription termination, you may request a data export within 30 days of the termination date. Afterwards, data is permanently deleted from our systems following our secure deletion policy, except where legally required to retain (such as tax invoice data).

وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، لديك الحقوق التالية:

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the following rights:

• الوصول: طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية
• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• التصحيح: طلب تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• الحذف: طلب حذف بياناتك وفق الضوابط النظامية
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data subject to regulatory constraints
• التصدير: طلب تصدير بياناتك بصيغة قابلة للاستخدام
• Export: Request export of your data in a usable format
• الاعتراض: الاعتراض على معالجة معينة لبياناتك
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data

We use necessary cookies to operate the platform and maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though this may affect the functionality of some platform features.

٩ الامتثال لمتطلبات ZATCA ZATCA Compliance

منصة وضوح متوافقة مع متطلبات نظام الفوترة الإلكترونية الصادر من هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA). تُرسَل بيانات الفواتير الإلكترونية المطلوبة للهيئة بصورة آمنة وفق المتطلبات التنظيمية المعتمدة.

Wdhoh is compliant with the e-invoicing system requirements issued by ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority). Required e-invoice data is transmitted to the authority securely in accordance with approved regulatory requirements.

١٠ تحديثات سياسة الخصوصية Policy Updates

قد نُحدِّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية سنُبلِّغك عبر البريد الإلكتروني المسجل أو عبر إشعار داخل المنصة. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد نشر التحديثات يُعدُّ موافقةً على الشروط المحدَّثة.

We may update this policy from time to time. When making material changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
